5a. 成功退款後, 款項會退回付款信用卡.
請先與我們預約, Global deli 客戶服務會提供指定日期及時間上門更換貨品. (一般2-3日內)
How to return/refund if the products are found damaged:
We offer free product exchange, return/refund, customer must report to us within 3 days once received the items.
Products must include any original items, remain in original condition. We do not offer exchange or return/refund services for products being eaten and cooked by customer.
1. Please contact us Facebook message or email, or please call 24088836.
2. Attach the photo of damaged products.
3. Please note your order number, reason for return/refund.
Reasons for return/refund (e.g.)
- Damaged package
- Unsatisfactory product quality/ product expired
- Items not delivered
- Item weight not match with description
- Wrong items are delivered
4. We will process your return/refund application.
5a. Payment will be refunded to your credit card.

Please make a pre-booking with us. We will arrange a time slot for collecting and exchanging the items at your delivery address. (Normally within 2-3days)
